Bridge to Hope

No Immigrant Journeys Alone

Bridge to Hope exists so every immigrant in the Northern Virginia area feels welcomed, cared for and resourced. Immigrants often face a combination of practical, social, economic, and systemic barriers that can make it difficult to access services, feel welcomed, and build stable, thriving lives in their communities. As a program of the Resource Center, we seek to address these challenges unique to immigrants and offer relational services helping immigrants navigate complex systems within a welcoming community.

Our Services

Navigation Support

We offer to meet with immigrants one-on-one to walk alongside helping to navigate complex systems and uncover needed supports, such as food, housing, employment, healthcare, etc. Our navigators are a group of volunteers specifically trained to help families/individuals connect to resources, supporting long-term sustainability and support.

To request to meet with a Navigator, complete our Request Form and we will be in touch to set up a time to meet.

Monthly Family Resource Events

(Coming January 2027. Check back soon for registration and more details)

A monthly gathering for immigrant families/individuals to come together, share a meal, build social networks, and learn about specific vital resources available in our community. We’ll share a meal together, have fun learning activities for children, and provide educational and practical resources to adults.

Events take place at Fairfax Church. Raffle prizes are included! And each gathering will include introductions to our Navigation Team as well as our Immigrant Connection Legal Team with opportunities to sign up to receive these services.

Special Events
Bridge to Hope offers tailored off site workshops or special events to provide resource and navigation support in your local community. Currently we are offering Know Your Rights Workshops to immigrant individuals/families and the opportunity to build a personalized Family Safety Plan.
